Blooming Garden Flowers Payment, Travel & Refund Policies

Payment

In order to book a date for any of our services, we require either a 25% non-refundable deposit or full payment. All fees must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to any event, class, or session. No exceptions.

Travel

All travel fees are determined by Google Maps with a starting point of 4500 Evergreen St., Bellaire, TX 77401. We will use the first mileage indicator on Google Maps.

0-15 miles: $0

16-25 miles: $30

26 to 45 miles: $55

We are currently serving classes, sessions, and events within 45 miles of our starting point with the exception of our corporate team building and speaking engagements - for those, we travel anywhere in the United States.

Reschedule & Cancellation Policies:

Things happen. We hope that you can reschedule over canceling an event, class, or team building session, rather than canceling. We don’t want you to miss out on a one-of-a-kind floral experience. With that said, below are our rescheduling and cancellation policies.

Rescheduling fees are as follows:

If greater than 7 days before scheduled event/class/session date: an additional $100 will be due as an administrative fee

If less than 7 days but at least 72 hours before scheduled event/class/session date: an additional $200 will be due as an administrative fee

If less than 72 hours before scheduled event/class/session date: an additional 50% of the cost of your session will be due as an administrative fee

Cancellation fees are as follows:

If greater than 7 days before scheduled event/class/session date: Any amounts paid that were greater than the 25% non-refundable deposit will be refunded

If less than 7 days but at least 72 hours before scheduled event/class/session date: 50% of payment will be refunded

If within 72 hours of scheduled event/class/session date, no refunds will be issued.

Blooming Garden Flowers will issue any refunds within 14 days of the date of the cancellation. All cancellations must be in writing.
